Valve akhirnya merilis Dota Atomic War. Update yang diimplementasikan pada 10 Juni 2021 akan memberi perubahan buff beberapa hero, lords dan sejumlah beberapa item.
Dua pahlawan baru - Templar Assassin dan Ember Spirit juga ditambahkan ke total kumpulan pahlawan Dota Atomic War. Enchantress, Dawnbreaker, dan Sven mendapatkan buff di update terbaru ini. Sementara beberapa hero antara lain Drow Ranger, Phantom Assassin, Omniknight, dan Tidehunter yang menjadi pilihan utama bagi para player beum tersentuh perubahan.

Lords
Hanya tiga Lords yaitu Phantom Lancer, Alchemist, dan Naga Siren yang menerima buff dalam pembaruan Dota Atomic War.
Ketiga lord ini relatif kurang populer sehingga akan menarik untuk melihat apakah para pemain mulai meliriknya setelah update ini.
Phantom Lancer
Perubahan mendapatkan serangan untuk setiap stack 3 hingga 4
Mengubah pemulihan REGENERASI HP 1% menjadi 0,5%
Alchemist
Mengubah biaya 30 poin health points menjadi 20
Naga Siren
Waktu buff 20s ke 15s
HP bertambah dari 7% menjadi 9% per detik
Damage meningkat dari 6% menjadi 8% per detik
All Hero
Semua hero yang hampir tidak menjadi pilihan utama telah dibuff pada pembaruan ini.
Sebagian perubahan bernilai signifikan yakni peningkatan talents sehingga para hero nantinya akan menerima lonjakan kekuatan secara besar-besaran di level 10, 15, 20, dan 25.
Menarik bagaimana kekuatan dua hero baru, Templar Assassin dan Ember Spirit mengambil tempat di Dota Atomic War.
